I took my first GD test at 29 weeks and got a 153. The birth center scheduled me again follow up but ended up shutting down effective immediately before I was set to go in for my 3 hour test. So I had to scramble to find a new provider all together and was told only then could get an order for a 3 hr test.

Well I eventually got retested today at 32 weeks. I haven’t received my results yet. I told my partner how much I was craving something sweet and he said ‘not until the baby is out’. I was upset and told him I might pass the 3 hr and I’m not sure what he states is true. He was telling me ‘well you don’t really want to get it…’

I took offense and soon after he came to the bed and apologized. I told him I’m not sure and that since he’s not sure he shouldn’t have asserted that.

Well anyways…. Can I indulge in an Italian ice after my 3 hr test if I pass? I was told the 1 hr failure says you ‘might have it’ so I assume if i pass the 3 hr then I don’t?
