
Frustrating return experience. Need Assistance with a return please
I’m currently dealing with a really stressful return process. I recently shipped back a cable. The package was picked up from Goa, but it is now completely stuck at the Blue Dart Mumbai Hub. The tracking status just updated to a very vague "Contact Customer Service," and all transit has halted. Honestly, I am pretty worried. I don't want this package getting lost in a massive sorting facility or, worse, getting bounced all the way back to me in Goa, which will inevitably delay my refund/replacement for weeks. I’ve reached out to Blue Dart, but getting past their automated bot is a nightmare. I need this hold cleared before the package goes missing. Any HPZ staff please really need your help here. I’ll provide any details needed for some assistance. Anything would be appreciated.
