Solo Business Feedback

Hi all,

Hopeful future local here and I was just curious to hear on what kind of business would you guys like to see pop up in Lake Tahoe? For further background, I'm pretty much a jack of all trades and I thrive in doing niche things. This ranges from 10+ years in customer service to animal handling, driving long hours, maintenance, managerial positions, planner, hospitality, nerd enthusiast, and other titles I'm surely forgetting.

And if anyone is further wondering, I visited last week and I cant ignore how special this place is and how good it was for my overall health — hence my want to move there with the express purpose of wanting to add to Tahoe.

Any insight would be fantastic and I hope this question is okay to ask. Hope everyone has a good day!

EDIT: just to expand a bit more on this in case my answer gets lost in the replies which is I have too many things I could plausibly do, so I'm trying to identify which one has the strongest intersection between what I enjoy, what I'm good at, and what Tahoe actually needs. With emphasis on locals and not tourists. Thanks again for the input guys!

Am I Doing Too Much? Beginner

Hey gang,

First time in this subreddit and I have a genuine question. So I started seriously working out a year ago now. It's been on and off since then but I've been dedicated for the last 3 months.

I enjoy going hard during my sessions so I cram in a lot of routines. Here's my list of what I do regularly:

- 2 min jog

- Arnold presses

- dumbbell incline bench press

- seated concentration curl

- incline dumbbell curl

- hammer curl

- lat pulldowns

- v bar pull downs

- machine bench press

- skullcrushers

- dumbbell shoulder press

- dumbbell wrist curls

- dumbbell wrist extension

- farmers carry (my new favorite)

I'm doing these 3x times a week but as you can see, I'm lacking leg and core (abs) exercises because doing these takes me 2+ hours to complete. My approach to this was because I wanted to do a whole body exercise routine instead of dedicating a day to a particular section because I find that heavily boring and makes me dread it in the end. I just want a routine that keeps me coming back. I'm F 35 years old and on top of that, I do 8k steps a day.

Any suggestions or guidance as to how to break it down or make it a bit more manageable? Because I'm of the mind that if I do the routine 3 times a week, the results will be more pronounced.

Thanks for everyone's time!
