Bilstein 5100s

Just purchased a 2026 Denali Ultimate. Dealership is installing bilstein 5100 0-2.5” front adjustable struts and 5100 0-1” rear adjustable struts.

Question is, which adjustment level do I tell them for the front and rear for a good ride height and level.

Next, what size AT tires can I run on this? Something that looks aggressive but isn’t loud and doesn’t require any spacers.

‘26 1500 Denali Ultimate 3.0L

First time truck buyer. Quoted yesterday for $77k pre tax. Louisiana.

This a good deal?

Realistically, when will we see price drops for “end of year” I keep hearing about?

Rotting tree on neighbor’s property

Moved into my house in May 2023. Immediately noticed the tree destroying my driveway and figured it was on my property. While mowing the grass and cleaning the flower bed along the driveway, neighbor instructs me that the driveway is the property boarder. I was able to find some property markers and believe she is right.

Later, I noticed that whole in the tree and worry the tree is at risk of falling onto my house. I call an arborist in an attempt to get a quote for removal with the intentions of proposing to my neighbor to split the cost. Arborist gives me a rough estimate of $4000. He also tells me the tree is actually pretty sound and not at a risk of falling. However, he tells me that the branch distribution and the path of most storms would put the tree falling on her house a greater risk.

I talk to my neighbor about this and offer to split the cost with her. She declines and says she is on fixed income and can’t afford it. She also tells me that she has had 3 previous vehicles totaled from limbs of other trees near her driveway falling. These are her trees and it appears she just doesn’t care about maintaining them.

The last picture is from today, 2 years after the previous pictures. It appears to me the tree is rotting more. I’m obviously more worried.

Do I have any other options than paying for the removal myself? Is there anything a lawyer could offer to help?
