Hey everyone,

I'm a Ringle Teens tutor with over 350 lessons under my belt. I somehow just found out that parents and students are paying $25-30 per 20 minute lessons, of which I am only earning $9.5 for. Not even 50%. I, like many others in this subreddit, are frustrated with the company and system, like making it impossible to breach a level for a pay increase, harsh ratings that don't reflect the pay or effort, etc. I was wondering if there were any alternative platforms that you all have found that have better conditions and a flexible scheduling options.
