What local entry-level jobs are cool with PPE?

I promise I'm not trying to be controversial. I'm just looking for a local job that's okay with wearing an N95 mask. I also wear a color-cordinated cloth mask to blend in.

I'm not young, not old, and carry lots of employed experience. I have a solid background in customer service, residential real estate admin, even event security but I'm not even getting responses from Allied Universal.

My skills run broad, but effectively deep even though I don't have a degree. I'm very capable with a strong work ethic, and I understand that I need to prove transferable skills with employers. I care about the quality of my work and how it supports my employer.

But my only real concern is to respect our time by seeking employers who are okay with masking.

Any opportunities in Lakewood and Long Beach will be appreciated! Help?

Older Student seeking Private Rental? Studio or 1 BR, but a Room for Rent would be ideal.

Hi Dayton,

A quick bit of background. I’m a middle-aged male who’s respectful, easygoing, and comfortable in a diverse household. I’m relocating to the area to attend Sinclair for an aviation degree and will be in Dayton for two years to achieve the degree.

I’m not in Ohio right now, but I lived in Columbus for about 10 years and have visited Dayton a few times. I liked Dayton, so this career pivot back to Ohio is a wild coincidence.

I researched almost all 200+ possible aviation education options across the USA. Through the process of elimination, Sinclair showed up as the clear choice. It was all very unexpected. I’m already signed up. I got my dot edu email, FAFSA, and I’m working on the remaining tasks.

Most of my time will be focused on school, work, and sleep, so a room for rent would work best. If I can afford a studio or 1 BR with a private owner, that would work too. I just want to keep my living costs down. I’m not asking for much in a rental space as clean, safe, quiet. I take care of my surroundings.

I’m a few months from relocating, but I really like planning ahead. I can't help being a planner.

I’ve looked through Furnished Finder, but I’m not sure about a 1-2 year stay through them. I’ll need to ask each potential listing and find out.

Facebook seems like another good place to ask. I don’t use it, but this isn’t the time to limit my options.

I’d love to talk about any possibilities, seriously any because you never know what ends up working well, and secure my future in Dayton.

Thanks for your time.
