Hello i did this and i got stucked i didn't know how to complet the background, also i'm not shure about lighting, may i have some feedback

Hi, i didn't went here since 4 years i think i wanna see what happen if i do the challenge again, i didn't stop drawing but mostly line art for animation, i wanna re improve again and understanding everything about what i'm doing, in my memories i wasn't aware about everything every shade and reflexion and why they are here, i was juste it should look like the références and it's good, also i'm doing only in 30 or 20 minute, i wanna do only understanding and usfull action, i ended the challenge at 13 i think or 14
