Grenadier USA MIA?

First time posting. Sort of at a loss.
I bought a Belstaff Edition back in February. Very pleased with the purchase overall. Cupholders leave something to be desired.
So, as we do in this day and age, I started Googling. You know where this is going: I found the Grenadier USA website by Thorntek in Florida. Their cupholders looked hefty, has places for phones, and were of seemingly higher quality material than stock centre console panels. The only problem was that they didn't have them in the Belstaff green.
I messaged Grenadier USA. He was very responsive out of the gate and indicated he wanted to offer products on that colour but didn't have a method to colour match. So I offered to remove a panel and send it to him for that purpose. He accepted my offer, and I sent it down.
A couple of months went by, and I heard nothing. I followed up, and he indicated it was just coming back from the painter or something (and that usual courtesy that he should've messaged me; no big deal). Then a couple of more months, nothing. No responses to my messages over the past couple of more months either.
So I'm missing a panel on my centre console under the gear & diff shifters.
I can live without it, but it's a silly physical gap and dumb situation. My main hope right now is to start posting on some public forums frequented by the small community to see if I can get this on his radar. Or see if someone might have a better than plan either that or reaching out to my local dealer to try to order a replacement panel (if that is even somehow an option).
I would appreciate anyone's assistance on this.
