Looks like they took the Mesmers Maze theme and transformed the CarnEvil scare zone to reflect the maze.
Set in the 1920s boardwalk with sideshow freaks and clowns instead of purely clowns.
Concept art for CarnEvil scare zone
With Knott's Scary Farm around the corner, I decided to decorate my lantern for the upcoming season. My vision was inspired by the Forsaken Lake scare zone, and what a lantern would look like if it fell into the lake.
Before I painted it, i made sure to mask off the lantern bulb, the RFD emitters, and control knob. Then I first spray painted it dark gray, then a light dusting of dark teal. Topped it off with a dry brushing of light teal that is UV activated for the pop of color.
After sealing it with clear acrylic sealer, i hot glued Deer Moss for the weeds and greenery.
The spider I found at a past Boo-Fet visit, and painted it with UV Paint.
Thanks for taking a look at my Custom Knott's Scary Farm Lantern.
A couple weeks ago, someone made a post here about the Morgan Sisters and the family tree in the Bloody Mary Maze.
Today, I was browsing the Internet Archives and found old footage of the old hangings at Scary Farm. In one part of Sarah Marshall's hanging, Sarah refers to herself as Sarah Morgan which was crazy to hear. But halfway thru she also refers to one of her sisters named Danielle. That's a name I've never heard before! Just an interesting observation, and curious to see if Scary Farm makes any references to this obscure piece of Scary Farm History.
Here is the link if anyone is curious to watch. [VIDEO] [VIDEO 2]
