Reading resources for various advanced topics?

I am looking blogs, papers etc. to read up on various topics surounding the Unity engine.

I would like to believe I have a decent understanding of the engine and programming but am looking to find resources to expand that knowledge in my free time.

Would prefer to read up on various topics over watching videos but both are fine.

How to start learning how to animate as a programmer

I am a programmer first. Been learning myself how to draw and I can help myself out in that regard. I am a solo dev working on a card game but I want to start introducing card animation for for instance opening cards from a pack etc.

This seems daunting to approach as I don't even know where to begin. Any tips?

What tool to use for task management for both desktop and mobile?

I have recently picked up a new project and I keep getting more ideas and ways to do things.

I am looking for a site that has kanban style tasks but is also mobile friendly.

I want it to be neatly structured but also have the option to open up my phone and quickly add a task/idea

Sprites or UI for cards in card game

I am currently working on a card game and have been switching between making the cards be sprites or on the UI layer.

The problem with UI is I'm struggling with stuff like shaders and particles

With sprites however I need to use a worldcanvas regardless to handle stuff like the stats which can change. This is then interacting differently with the shaders and when layering multiple cards on top of each other.

What would be the easiest way to go about it?
