One of the best photos I have taken of Merewether.
Just lucky enough to have snapped this photo when I was walking my dogs one evening.
We sure do live in the prettiest part of the world.

Last year in September, we had to say goodbye to my Heart Dog Spyro - she was only 12 years old and still vibrant like a pup, but the vet found bone cancer (initially thought it was her arthritis worsening). I cried for a solid four months. Didn't want to even contemplate another dog - let alone another Aussie.
Fast forward to January and I was messaged by a friend who knew of a breeder/trainer with a puppy available. The puppy's potential new home (after paying a deposit and being on a waiting list, etc.) decided that they weren't ready. Puppy was ready to go, but only to a home that had experience with the breed. My name was offered up - I contacted her - and within 5 days I welcomed this absolute ball of sunshine into my home.
World - meet Beanie! A red tricolour girl with a cute half tail and more energy than I thought any dog could have! Where Spyro was calm and reserved, Beanie is an absolute crackhead - and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Photos of Beanie (the last photo is of my beautiful Spyro). I suppose once an Aussie Mum, always an Aussie Mum.
