ok is it me or does she always have to mention her other workouts during a class? the last few strength classes I’ve taken she keeps mentioning her gyms sessions she did prior (i did deadlifts earlier, I did barbell work before this). it’s almost like she’s saying the one class isn’t enough, even if it’s a high intensity 30 min full body. I will say I still love her classes because they’re challenging and I don’t have much time to do more, but the constant throwing in my face is annoying because I wish I had time to do more! like we get it girl lol.
