Any word on when combos will be coming to polymarket us?

Is it bad to have grad year in pennkey/email? I have a pretty common first and last name so my options were very limited. Instead of going first initial, middle initial, and last name, I decided to go first initial last name and 30. Looking at a few posts from the past I see that it seems frowned upon to have grad year, but is it truly that big of a deal?
