Lead Poisoning causes damage to Frontal Temporal Region
My research into what may be wrong with my husband has lead me to possible lead poisoning. He was shot when he was 12 years old with bird shot. Some of the shrapnel is still in his body. They never removed it. He is now 57. He is getting increasingly angry and irrationally demonizing me and confabulating. He has also done some strange things that I won't articulate here. He is beginning to age very quickly and losing muscle mass, despite the fact that he works out regularly. His posture is deteriorating. It is all very distressing to say the least. When I reflect on when he seemed to lose all empathy, I place it at about the same time he began experiencing pretty severe hypertension, which he manages with meds. Hypertension is also a hallmark sign of lead poisoning. Somebody with some smarts on this topic, please help me. Please advise.
