Not religion vs religion

This video I saw a long time ago, and I always liked it because it defied the idiotic stereotype of making the whole Gaza situation about religion. If this video was already posted in the sub, I’m not aware of it, but here we go anyway

Felt repelled by the title and thumbnail

This was from a long time ago. I didn’t watch or click the video, but was scared of doing so since I expected it to be more typical stuff about making interests and hobbies haram (though I get AoT has a more “unique” narrative and themes). For all I know it could’ve been a surprisingly good video that was actually reasonable, but I wasn’t willing to find out at the time

Yin and yang of harem protagonists

I know this is a little on the nose, but as far as harem protagonists go, this comparison speaks for itself

LBC comments dump

Randomly found an LBC video from the channel talking about the idea of banning call to prayers in public and callers’ opinions, the comment section was a complete hell-hole of people saying to ban it or being hypocritical or talking about things like Church bells or being a Christian country. This felt like a whiplash since I was so use to video recommendations about politics or views I agreed with, like calling out hate or aligning with more humanitarian values. So seeing this randomly recommended videos having one of the most foul and baffling comment sections I came across threw me for a loop. Always a mix of hating extremism in Islam and wishing it was called out more but then on the opposite end hating stuff like this and realising I’d rather see multiple comments from the haram police than see this filthy comment section being openly hateful.

Wth is this

I was just casually looking through WhatsApp stories, only to find a neighbour of mine (one I communicate with every now and then) post this, and it went against what I was used to hearing about the 3 religions worshipping the same God. Whole thing pissed me off and I was left wondering what this even is supposed to be

Because these won’t show up on mobile, it was images saying Jews and Christians aren’t Muslims allies and being allies with them is being one of them. Like I could’ve sworn Islam didn’t preach that kind of being against each other. I’m probably missing something

Edit: Ok, now I’m bring informed this was taken out of context
