Does your MMD look like the picture above? Well, I know just how to fix it!

1. Right-click on your MikuMikuDance.exe and select Properties.
2. Navigate to the Compatibility tab at the top of the window.
3. Click the button near the bottom that reads "Change high DPI settings".
4. Look at the bottom section labeled High DPI scaling override.
5. Check the box that says "Override high DPI scaling behavior".
6. Change the drop-down menu beneath it from Application to System (Enhanced).
7. Click OK, then click Apply on the main properties panel.

I had this same exact glitch and doing these steps fixed it. Surely enough, these steps should fix yours too if you have this glitch.
