Metal stains?

I posted this in another community but I thought I'd try here too. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place for this but Google is confusing me. I bought this necklace and it looked more bronzy and earth toned in the listing photos on d pop but it came silver and blue. I do not know what metal this is but it's costume jewelry so I'm assuming nickle and copper. What dyes or stains can I use to make the necklace match the earrings? I also want to stain the beads to look more tan sandy than blue. I need it for a wedding in a few weeks.

So for context I get my HRT through the plume clinic (shout out plume!) and I had to stop my subscription so I could focus on saving money to move out. My last appointment I got told that I have a high red blood cell count and that I might have to stop taking injections and move to gel and see how I do on that. I REALLY don't want to do that because I have terrible ADHD and I can barely remember my injections sometimes. I'd say I do it every Thursday but the only reason it's a Thursday is because I started on Saturday and forgot to take it, then forgot to take it on Sunday and blah blah down the line restarting my week on the day that I remember to take it. It's been thursday for about a month now. But yeah I know for a fact I won't remember/have the energy to do the gel every day.

She said that if I donate blood that it will help and I can do that right before my next labs but I don't have insurance so I haven't had a medical exam for the last 3 years. The last shots I got were at the walgreens probably a little over a year ago (I know I'm due for them) and it was only the flue and COVID shot. And you have to have that kind of info in order to donate blood so that's out of the question. I didn't know this until after I canceled my subscription so I couldn't ask her what else I could do. And now I'm moving on Friday and am hoping to start my subscription within the next month or two.

So if any other dudes ran into this problem and helped themselves, what are some things that you did?
