Hello fellow 45+ Redditors! I’m a 55 y/o male with a history of sun damage from tanning in my youth. I’ve been on tretinoin since February for anti-aging and skin smoothing. I have this small cluster of what I guess are sun spots or dark hyperplasia near my left temple. I had them frozen by my derm once but they came back. Anyone else experience something similar and have advice on how to remove or shrink them? I was considering using Compound W and treating them as warts. They really affect my self esteem.
