Has anyone found a ERISA attorney who has confirmed this ?

Multiple past/ current investors advise to stay away from brokers ? Bad advise , pushing shady projects etc seem to be pattern ?

How do I identity / what criteria should I use to qualify a broker if I am going to use one ?

Who is lobbying to end this ? Prevent re authorization ?

Does a eb5 broker paying for your attorney go against any rules ? Does this only apply to finra brokers or foreign brokers too ?
