Binged in less than two weeks

I just binge watched all of Lost in less than 13 days and I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it 😭

For context, I’m a millennial baby so I obviously KNEW what Lost was growing up, but somehow I never watched a single episode when it originally aired and never got into it.

I actually started it because I became obsessed with From and kept seeing people on Reddit say Lost was from the same producers. I love Boyd as a character and love mystery/theory driven shows, so I figured I’d casually watch Lost in between waiting for new episodes of From…

Yeah no. That turned into me inhaling 6 seasons in under two weeks 😂

What’s crazy is I went into Lost thinking I already knew the big “twist”/ending because of things people have said online for years, and somehow I STILL completely misunderstood what the show actually was.

I thought I was watching a plane crash/island survival show and next thing I know I’m spiraling about time, consciousness, fate, life/death, destiny, free will, human connection and alternate realities 😭

And honestly? I forgot how much I missed this style of television. Long seasons. Slow burn mysteries. Character development. Cliffhangers. Episodes that actually breathe and let you sit with people emotionally instead of rushing everything into 8 episodes before canceling it a year later 😭

Also I LOVE reading everyone’s theories and interpretations on here because now I feel like I need to immediately rewatch the entire show knowing what I know now because I’m convinced I missed a million details the first time around 😂
