Need some help and advice.

I have been dealing with lingering symptoms for three years now.

Symptoms: burning feet, low libido, hair loss, bloating, fatigue

I have been trying to find the culprit of what is causing these chronic lingering symptoms for three years. I thought at first it was b12 but I have got my levels up.

This is where my question is. I took 33 methycobalamin lozenge tabs for about 2 months more a less in a row. I had 100%dv of methylcobalamin in the multi i took. The lozenge were 2,000mcg of methycobalamin. I always chewed and swallowed them never let them sit in my mouth. Before this I did get cyanocobalamin shots for awhile. The b12 did seem to help lesson most of my symptoms.

I ate poorly which lead to all this. Most of my vitamins (iron, zinc, trace minerals, vitamin d) were low. I got all those up. Since I have got my b12 up I thought maybe my copper was causing these problems because of the burning feet. So I got it tested and my ceruloplasmin was lower it was 17. But I have taken copper, it won't go up been trying since decemebr which sorta makes me believe maybe I am not copper deficient and the body just prefers lower levels of it... I also took vitamin a and cofactors with it.

Could I possibly still be b12 deficient? I have taken methylfolate and literally all the b vitamins in the correct forms. I am thinking maybe my body is still deficient in methylcobalamin? I do have the MTHFR gene mutation homozygous for the C677t one. So I am not sure at this point.

It is weird because I feel like I have improved from taking copper. I just don't know I'd love some advice on this and if I sound crazy or not lol.

Kinda confused... Need help with defiency

My zinc is 74

my copper is 63 and my ceruloplasmin is 16

Could my low zinc be causing low vitamin A activation which is then causing my ceruloplasmin to not go up?

Just tested and levels have dropped even more after supplemening.

My copper is now 65 from 80 and my ceruloplasmin is 16 from 19

I don't know what to do.

I have been taking more vitamin d which i read can increase copper uptake into cells.

I have been taking cofactors like b2 and vitamin a.

Really need help. Copper deficiency.

I am suffering from what I believe is a copper deficiency. My ceruloplasmin came back at 19 and my copper serum is 80. Since last Dec I have been taking copper. But only recently added b2 5 weeks ago. My originally Ceruloplasmin is 17 and it has gone up to 19 and stayed their.

Symptoms: low libido, hair loss, fatigue, bloating, puffy face, burning feet, some grey hair I am 25 M

I don't know what else it could be. Hormones have been checked, and thyroid was seen be an endocringloist. Only thing that seems to be low is copper. My magnesium is fine and I've been taking all B vitamins for over a year now active b12 forms and same with folate. Have gone down every rabbit hole trying to fix these problem

I haven't worn my retainer in years but my teeth haven't really moved as far as I can tell. Should I get another retainer?

I haven't worn my retainer since covid but my teeth haven't really moved. All my friends teeth have got crooked esp bottoms ones but mine haven't moved at all they are still straight. I am worried about my teeth moving in the future. Should I try and get a new retainer? I haven't been to the orthodontist in 8 years. I did intitally wear my retainer for about 18 months of nightly wear then it fell off. I did see people said its a lifetime commitment but I remember my ortho telling me it was like letting concrete harder and then I was good and wouldn't need to wear them again.

Been supplementing 4mg of copper byglsicnate since early December. Cerloplasmin has gone up from 17 to 20 back to 19 when I have got my levels checked. My copper serum goes up 10 points then back down it was at 69 went up to 80 and is back to 75. I do have MTHFR gene mutations that could strain b2 levels. I just started eating beef liver this week in hopes to boost the copper levels naturally. When I don't eat beef liver I intend to take vitamin A b2 and a few other b vitamins along with it to help absorption. My symptoms are as follows

-bloating

-no appetite

-hair loss

-no libido

-fatigue

-burning feet

I should mention my hormones and other vitamins have been checked and are normal or optimal. I thought at first this could've been due to the iron defiency I was dealing with but I have got all my vitamin levels up to good levels since dealing with these issues and low copper is the only one that seems to linger. I should mention since I have been taking copper since december my burning feet have improved substantially to the point they aren't a symptom anymore. I have also lost 20 pounds of puffy water weight since I started taking copper so I feel as if I am heading in the right direction since I got those two cerloplasmin points up. Any help is appreciated.
