Is it really zero fees for sc st students with income less than 10 lakhs?

I know a few who got admission through kcet before couple of years but they paid some amount. So is the zero fees thing for sc st recently made?

When 7th lord is in 9th house there is discovery of purpose and spiritual growth and many other positive things through spouse

But what about a chart with mars as 7th lord ( mars in gemini) idk much about astrology but ik that mars is natural malefic

which is best option for cse among PES, BMS, and RV? and why? all three have decent placements so im not bothered about that

I want to also consider other things like HOSTEL, CANTEEN FOOD, CAMPUS ,and very importantly the CURRICULUM

I got 296/300 and 115 in kcet. i didn't give jee or any other entrance exam. I had only kcet in my mind. was fixed that im gonna pursue cse. but now im giving it a second thought after hearing that cse will be dead soon. is it safe to choose cse or should I go with ece ?

does cse really have future? if im skilled enough as a coder or is ece safer option.
