Restaurants Suck

I'm tired of going into a restaurant and telling them I'm there to pick up an order then having 10 customers come in and all get their food before me. I just cancelled an order because of this. Something I don't normally do. But why should I wait 15 minutes for an order that should have been started before I got there just to have them prioritize everything above the delivery order. Wasn't even a big order.

I was finally having a decent night in a while, a Saturday... Until I am picking up a small sushi order. Not ready but they are working on it. 15 minutes later they are still "working on it" now I usually leave after 15 minutes, but I figured it's a small sushi order, how much longer could it be.... I was wrong. 30 minutes. Obviously the restaurant was putting delivery orders WAY at the bottom priority for the kitchen. So, why can't we rate restaurants like this?

And of course even after waiting there for 30 minutes they were adamant that I confirmed the order.

Went from a decent order money wise to barely acceptable for how long it took. When I delivered it the large shirtless man told me that place was inconsiderate and the manager was a "piece of work"

Great.

I know Uber won't care about our ratings, but it would make me feel a little better giving them a 👎
