For the love of god ignore the greasy hair (I’ve been struggling) in about April I started getting sudden hair fall, my density seemed completely okay just before but now it looks like this especially when wet, I see the most thinning around my crown and sides but overall it’s everywhere, I also wanna say I’ve been experiencing loads of stress ever since about October last year and I struggle with an anxiety disorder, my diet and sleep haven’t been that good and I know I gotta be deficient in places like vitamin D and iron, I have been getting little bursts of itching on my scalp but nothing too bad just enough to make me notice.

Overall I’m just extremely stressed about this and I need help
