Reached 300 pages in a story I’m writing!

Hey all! Over the past couple years I’ve been writing little stories here and there. Some reaching about 70 pages and being rush finished. Others reaching over 100 and just losing interest in them. Today I reached 300 pages and I’m still so invested!

I work two jobs and recently moved into a new house a year ago. I’ve been enjoying writing more as money has been a bit tight. I don’t plan on publishing anything, this is just a story I wanted to write for myself.

Was it a waste of time? Maybe. Did I laugh, cry, and become angry at the characters? Absolutely!

I hope everyone is having a a good weekend and finds a few little things that bring them joy!

Thinking of trading in my Kia Forte

I bought a used Kia Forte about a year and a half ago and I like it, it gets me from A to B without issues. About two weeks ago there was a theft attempt where my door cylinder was busted out and my back window was busted. I took it to a dealership to get a quote and when I got it back from the dealer, there was a large crack going across the windshield that wasn’t there when I brought it in. I looked at the KBB value and it’s valued roughly around $16.7k. Would it be worth it to just fix it or consider trading it in and getting something a little bigger like a K4 or something?
