So i got an MD shelf unit from an auction. And im now in need of a step down transformer.
Im in canada and for some weird reason it seems impossible to find one at a reasonable price. Im not looking for dirt cheap as I would like it to be reliable but the ones I find online are almost all world plugs to American plugs. I need NA to JPN

I posted on here some time ago about this lovely piece of machinery. It had a wicked squeel when recording, it didn't eject disc's properly, and everyday just stopped working.
I can't finally say i persevered through and got it back into full working order

So I had a squeel when recording. (I posted about this previously) I opener it up and now it doesnt turn on and the disc gets caught when ejecting. Is there any chance that I missed something?
