Hey Folks!! So i have recently booked a 3 bhk unit in Myhome Akrida for a overall price of 2cr. But i am quite worried about the apartment density of that entire area and the gowlidoddy traffic hell that we have in between. Do you think it will turn out to be a good decision.. ? Or i should look elsewhere like.. prestige kollur or Myhome udyan.. which are closer to ORR exit.. ? I looked in financial district, kokapet area too.. like Asbl loft, lansum eldorado, rajpushpa provincia.. but they don’t have good units left at all. I don’t trust Raghava yet as they don’t have any finished projects so far. Sumadhura olympus flat layouts are absolute garbage. I am open to your advice guys!!
