I've seen very few people being rehired at NN after the layoff last year. However, I'm also hearing from quite many of them that they're not even considered for interviews, even if they are 1-to-1 match and held a similar position in the company.

I was wondering if anyone would know if former employees are flagged in the system in some way? Or is there some internal strategy not to consider those people? Would be great to know, if there was anything like that, so as not to waste our time and energy on those applications.
