Finally had a shutdown

I finally had a shut down failure after wearing a sensor every 15 days since March.

Anyone else know just by looking at your readings that the sensor is going to fail? I was showing 30 points lower consistently for the past 3 days. I just didn't want to call Abbott and sit on the phone for 45 minutes.

Other than this complete shutdown I really haven't had many issues other than fall offs that were my own fault.

**I know I can go online to fill out the form, this wasn't a Complain post. Was just sharing that It happened to me for the first time lol **

I made the mistake of posting this on Facebook as everyone always complains that the sensor always fails. Won't make that mistake again lol

Has anyone seen this one anywhere yet? Shortmax has my farmer dad is secretly the archmage, but this one is interesting. I won't pay the price to watch. Thats too high.

2 failures in a row

Ughhhhh 2 sensors failed in a row. We'll one fell off and the other one said it needed to close for my safety then failed.

The one that fell off I had a feeling would end badly. It hurt SO bad the entire time since insertion.

Thank god I was up for a refill.

Greenhouse Upgrades

Hey. So my wife got a cheap tunnel greenhouse from Amazon and we put in a frame and a floor to "insulate" the bottom area.

We do have the setup for a Heater with a heavy duty outdoor extension cord from the garage so it will be used. She wants to use it as a plant space during Michigan Winter, so I now need to figure how to insulate the damn thing so we wont lose alot of the heat through the 140 GSM waterproof, UV-resistant, and insulated plastic.

Any tips would be appreciated. For the floor we essentially made a deck lol

I have googled it and checked with Chat GPT but I can't get a definitive answer.

Sensor Removal

This past removal was the most painful I've ever had removing these damn things. I could NOT get the adhesive off even in the shower. Finally was able to peel a corner and it came off with a patch of skin.

Any tips on removing the sensor painlessly? I know every one seems to have a problem with it staying on, but I have the opposite lol
