Refried black beans, chicken breast seasoned to the tits, calabacitas (tromboncino zucchini we grew), Esquites (corn we grew), some queso fresco and table and aquacate salsa. Light and filling as hell.

Cleaned out the fridge. Buddy's smoked brisket chill, Greek lemon chicken thigh from other night's Mediterranean feast. Homemade tzatziki, roasted red pepper hummus and pickled onions topped with some Sriracha. Oh and some sharp white cheddar melted on the tortilla. Grilled Stuft style. Can't lie, it didn't suck. Hard cross section to wrangle. One of the few occasions some rice would have helped.
