Wishing you all the best

For everyone working today and tomorrow I send my blessings. I had a short shift today and it was beyond crazy (overdue by 7 with no end in sight). Ended up scheduled off for tomorrow (not entirely sure how that happened) and not going near the place. So good luck, may all your customers be pleasant.

What to do

So, I work PT in OPD. I can only work 20 hours in a week, generally 4 hour shifts. I have accepted another PT job that will be 12 hours a week but I can push it up to 16. I am weighing my options of dropping availability at Walmart to one or two days a week, probably 2 of our busiest days or just quit all together. Our department is a dumpster fire with a coach that doesn't hold others accountable for not working, skipping walks(oversized), taking 6-8 breaks a day on top of lunch. Where I like the job, I don't care for the laziness that is the norm and being expected to pick up the slack for the lazy ones. I hate to lose the discount because that adds up but my store is notorious for ignoring availability and just scheduling you whenever. Suggestions?
