Does anyone else get a really sharp intense pain when they sneeze or cough?

Pictures for context I got an implant in my spine recently because I shattered one of my vertebrae I’m 21 and I’m 4 months post op and I’m just wondering if anyone else suffers from this? I don’t know where else to ask so I’m sorry if this doesn’t belong here

How can I install sock clips or strap adjustment clips

As you can see there’s clearly sock snaps and metal strap adjusters but I thought metal and latex don’t get along? Thanks for the help!
