I don’t see any logic of that knowledge would be an oversight neither…

Well the reason is extremely simple tbh. Although we can’t scale them to their FP feats because we haven’t seen Douma’s. We can scale them by their Toying/unserious feats.

Let’s start with unserious Douma, although he showed he was the complete dominator of the fight against both Kanao and Ino. They were both still able to show feats respective for their levels. He used 8 BDA techniques on them. Those 2 were clearly the strongest slayers amongst the 3 he faced.

Now let’s compare unserious Koku and I’ll be referring to where he was unserious the most which is against marked Muichiro. Marked couldn’t even touch Base Koku and got embarrassed and blitzed by his weakest BDA max.

Why this matter is because there’s no reason to even believe that Kanao and Ino even on par with pre HT marked Muichiro let alone the one that faced Koku.

Point is Koku put in less effort against a much stronger slayer than Doma the weaker ones. That’s the huge gap. We can surely are argue that Doma’s much stronger than this but it won’t decrease the huge gap between the 2 strongest UMS.
