Tengen at top condition(no poison yet) vs Shinobu with broken bones + punctured lungs + inhaled icy air

Would any other Hashira do the same as Rengoku? Would they be better or worse? Would they be able to help a lot inside the train? If yes, would they survive against Akaza?

No Hahsira showed that they are a tier above other Hashira Except Sanemi. So Him and Hashiras above him gaps the other Hahsiras.
