WFH time off

I’m 28 F, very active, having hip arthroscopy and osteoplasty. I have a WFH job as a graphic designer and took one week of work off post op. (Im tight on PTO this year.) I’m starting to overthink and wondering if this is giving myself enough time off. I have no idea what I’ll be feeling like, what kind of movement I can do after a week, and how much pain I’ll be in. What are your experiences?

Wedding tan help

I got my wedding spray tan today. I chose the 24 hour tan and I realized I spilled water down my neck probably about 3 hours after my tan application. Do we think it’ll look streaky when I rinse off? If so, what can I do to fix it before my wedding??
