What should you prioritize when choosing EHR software?

Im comparing a few options and trying not to make the mistake of buying based on a giant checklist. For a private practice EHR like im guessing the boring stuff may end up being more important, how easy it is to document, whether scheduling and billing feel connected or how responsive support is and how much work happens outside the system.

Id especially like to hear from people who have switched systems. What made you switch and was the new system better once you were using it every day?

ETA: Were a cash based private practice focused on health and wellness. So im mainly interested in what works well for that type of practice especially around documentation, scheduling, intake, billing, client communication and the overall day to day workflow.

Best meat delivery recommendations from people who love cooking

I figured this would be the right place to ask since a lot of people here actually know their food.

I’m trying to find a better way to buy meat without constantly checking different stores or hoping I picked a good pack.

What do you personally recommend for meat delivery? Looking for something reliable enough that I can make it part of my normal cooking routine. TIA!

buying contact lenses online vs going to the optometrist every time

my eye provider's office is 20 minutes away and i used to make that drive every single time i needed a new box. sometimes they didn't even have my brand and i'd have to wait anyway. never thought about it differently until i came across it while doom scrolling and went oh wait so people just order these??? tried it. same lenses. didn't have to leave my house and that was it for me
the only thing i'd say is double check your prescription details before you order anywhere, learned that the hard way with the wrong base curve my first time lol. but once you have that sorted it's genuinely just easier in every way.

trying to track down best funny graphic tees for everyday wear any suggestions?

seen a few cool ones floating around on socials but it’s hard to tell which stores are actually reliable for comfort and print quality. i mainly want something i can wear casually without worrying it’ll fall apart after a couple washes or feel awkward to wear in public. if anyone has go to spots or brands for this kind of stuff i’d appreciate it a lot, tnx!

what’s a book you randomly bought/read with low expectations that ended up becoming one of your favorites?

sometimes the books we expect nothing from end up hitting the hardest, meanwhile the super hyped ones don’t always connect the same way.

what’s your “i can’t believe this book ended up affecting me that much” read?

Realtor business cards suddenly feel way more important than they used to

I went to a networking event recently and noticed the agents getting the most attention all had polished branding. Not just realtor business cards, but matching presentation folders and personalized client materials too.

It honestly made their businesses feel more established before they even started talking.

Now I’m debating whether upgrading my own branding materials is actually worth it. Have any agents here noticed better reactions or more referrals after investing in premium print materials?

what do you think is the best small suv 2026 or which ones are people secretly regretting now?

i feel like shopping for a small suv has become impossible because every model gets hyped up online until you start digging into real owner experiences. then suddenly every suv has some huge downside nobody mentioned in the polished reviews. one has transmission complaints, another has terrible road noise, another has laggy infotainment, and then people start arguing about whether hybrids are even worth the extra cost anymore.

right now i keep bouncing between the rav4, crv, cx5, crosstrek, sportage, tucson, and honestly i change my mind almost daily after reading threads and watching reviews. one person says toyota reliability makes everything else irrelevant, another says mazda interiors feel way nicer, then someone else says newer tech features become annoying after the honeymoon phase wears off.

what i’m really trying to avoid is buying something that feels amazing for the first few months and then slowly turns into one of those “i wish i picked something else” situations. stuff like uncomfortable seats on long drives, weak ac in summer, bad visibility at night, constant rattles, or weird little tech bugs seem to matter way more in daily life than reviewers make it sound.

for people who already bought a small suv recently, what did you end up getting and what’s your honest opinion now after living with it? if you had to start the search all over again today, would you still buy the same suv or go in a completely different direction?
