Is it just me or does it feel like this year is very consistently busting with predicted outbreaks? It’s not as if there’s been no outbreaks or strong tornadoes but the rate of “bust” events feels higher relative to the last few years.

I've tried running the server using the server's official technic modpack, which worked. I prefer to use my own installation so i can add a minimap mod. Even after removing this and the associated configs, it does not work on my own installation. Other than that, my client's folders look the same as the technic installation, aside from extraneous extra folders used for other installations, none of which should be conflicting with this and have not previously. For the sake of troubleshooting, I did remove any of those extra mods and configs not meant for this install and still no luck.
