Looking to DIY a couple things with fabric and wasn’t sure what the most affordable route would be for at least somewhat decent fabric. Is it still Lens Mills? Or should I focus on any particular thrift stores? Would Fabric Land be a bad option? I’m open to going in whatever area of the city really.

Hi, I just moved into a place I’m renting and I was hoping to find affordable tenant insurance as well as an affordable house cleaning service. I’m on disability so my budget isn’t the best, but hopefully I can find both that aren’t too expensive!
