Plush Past Shipment and Delivery Date But Still Nothing?
I ordered two plushies back in December 20, 2025 and on the website, the plushies were set to start production on the same day and ship by April 24, 2026. It is now June 28, 2026 and I still don't have these plushies. I've already tried contacting Makeship about the issue but I've gotten no response or relevant emails. I recently checked the website (again) and there is no update either. I don't see anyone having the same issues that I'm having and I don't see any of the other campaign supporters complaining or asking about the plushes, so is this just me?
I'm confused and really desperate because these plushies are hella expensive and I REALLY love these characters. Should I consider approaching the campaign team on twitter? Is this a sign that I should get a refund? I genuinely need answers or at least comfort that I wasn't scammed.
