It’s finally clear to me that Lyft supports are unqualified and incompetent, it’s sad as a driver to see that the people in charge of making decisions that could affect our daily lives are not capable, well trained or even competent. I guess they just hired anyone that are willing to screw drivers over .
Don't make me set a 2:00 AM alarm to ensure you get to the airport on time, just to get left on the curb. Texting coming out, grabbing suitcases and then letting the entire countdown timer expire while I'm sitting outside is a different level of disrespectful. I arrived to this pickup at 2:56am a lot earlier and waited another 6 minutes and she didn’t show up, mind you this rides started at 2:44am and Lyft usually notify them so I drive about 15mins , I’ll rather take this $10 and not drive you and pick someone else to the airport fucker
