3D-printed pediatric wheelchair. / silla de ruedas pediátrica fabricada mediante impresión 3D.

Hello everyone.

I am conducting research for the development of a 3D-printed pediatric wheelchair. The goal is to better understand user needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement related to comfort, adaptability, adjustments, and overall wheelchair experience.

Although the project is focused on children, feedback from adult wheelchair users, family members, caregivers, and rehabilitation professionals is also highly valuable for this research.

The survey is completely anonymous, voluntary, and will be used exclusively for academic and scientific purposes.

I would greatly appreciate your support by sharing your experience.

Ender 3 V2 Neo and the rotary knob

Hi group, I have an Ender 3 V2 Neo and the rotary knob on the screen is acting up. When I turn it, it doesn't move one by one — it skips several values or jumps back. It's a pain to select files or adjust temperatures because it never lands where I want.

What I've already tried:

  1. Restarting the printer

  2. Checking that the screen cable is properly connected

  3. Updating the firmware

I'd appreciate your help

Exploring 3D printing applications in radiology: anatomical models from medical imaging

Hello everyone.

I am exploring the generation of 3D-printed anatomical models from imaging studies (TAC/RM), with applications in support of surgical planning, teaching and complex anatomy visualization.

At this stage, I am looking to collaborate with radiologists, residents or teams who are already working on segmenting or rebuilding 3D models from DICOM.

My current focus is on the later stage of the flow:

Optimization, cleaning and preparation of STL files for additive manufacturing, as well as printing and physical validation of models.

The idea is to be able to convert already segmented models into high-fidelity physical representations, adapted to different clinical or academic uses.

If someone is working on these types of processes or is interested in exploring 3D printing applications in radiology, I would very much like to be able to collaborate or exchange experiences.
