I started on compounded tirz almost 5 weeks ago at 1mg. The first week I noticed nothing but starting 4-5 days after shot day I got the fatigue, headache, sour stomach. It goes away after that initial onset and then I feel pretty normal until the next 4th day post shot. I know that it’s building up in my system so that makes sense. I did my last 1mg shot 5 days ago but today is by far the worst I’ve felt so far. Horrible headache, nausea. It comes in waves with about 30 minutes of a break every hour. It’s awful. Coincidentally I ran out of my Zoloft but took my normal dose today after missing it 3 days. I also take Wellbutrin and adderall which I did take today. So idk if that’s contributing to how I feel or not. I’m due to go up in a couple days for my next dose but I’m actually terrified if this keeps getting worse. Luckily it’s only up to 1.2mg but should I be worried? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
