Hi everyone,

I recently received an offer to join XT Shipping as a Third Officer and would really appreciate some honest feedback from people who have sailed with them.

I’m particularly interested in:

Overall work culture onboard

How supportive the office is when crew need assistance

Promotion and contract experience

Food quality onboard, especially for vegetarians (I’m a vegetarian)

Internet/Wi-Fi availability and reliability on their vessels

Salary paid on time and overall experience with the company

I’ve previously sailed on oil/chemical tankers, so any feedback from tanker officers would be especially helpful.
