Where and what to do next?
Hi all,
I hope I can get some direction, I want to know where I should move next in my peloton journey.
I have been riding consistently since about November of last year, 6 to 7 days per week. I also stretch 7 days per week 10 to 20 minute stretching.
I started doing lane break 15 minute rides, started at beginner did the 103 of those rides, then moved on to intermediate (or whatever the next level up is) did all 103 of those. I then moved onto low impact with Ben Aldis, because somewhere on here someone said they like Ben for stretching, so I did his 10 minute stretches, liked him decided to try real classes and started with the low impact.
Now I am thinking I want to go to the next step. I don't necessarily have to stay with Ben, or with low impact I just don't want to jump to something too hard and burn out.
Any suggestions?
