Today inside is salmon mayo and okaka.

Little sad day, I made grandma style Japanese rice. You eat rice only? or with many things?

Today I was little sad, so I made happy takikomi gohan.
I wanted remember my grandma taste.
This rice always make me feel better.
Takikomi gohan can change many ways, so more happy.

Chicken taste and rice taste also I change little.

Happy fresh sansai from my Yamagata friends mountain. What spring mountain vegetable you like?

Japan is Spring now.

My friends couple in Yamagata picked this their mountain and sent to me.
Today I made spring home food with sansai tempura and mushroom dish.
Little bitter, but very very good spring taste for me.

Takikomi rice makes me remember my mother taste.

Today I made Japanese home dinner 😆
Rice, croquette, shrimp, meat egg, and green vegetable with enoki.
This fresh green vegetable is from my friend couple in Yamagata.
They pick it in mountain and send to me.
Very happy spring dinner.

Today is I made small barbecue outside.
My friend couple gave me Yamagata beef.
So I grill beef, eggplant, onion and carrot.
Outside fire makes food very happy.
Yamagata beef was very special for me.

My friend couple sent me fresh sansai from Yamagata.
They pick it in mountain by themself.
So today I made Japanese spring home meal.
Takenoko rice, miso soup, egg, nameko daikon, ham and small dishes.
Sansai is little bitter, but very spring taste.
I feel very lucky and happy.
