I just learned about PCSL matches in my area. What’s the optimal load out for “Practical Division”?

What would you run from the list below? I appreciate your feedback.

- AR rifle lengths 10.3, 11.5, 13.7, 14.5, and 16.
- Optics: Eotech, Aimpoint, and 1-6x LPVO
- offset dots: 509T, DPP

- Handgun: Glock 17, 45, and 19. Walther PDP SF 5” and 4”
- optics: Holosun 507 comps

I need to buy a 22 rifle before July 1st because Gov. Scamburger sucks ass and is ruining Virginia. I want to get 2 rifles for myself and kids. I’m looking at the Ruger 10/22 style and M&P AR style. I’m a buy once cry once type of consumer. I have pistols and ARs, but no 22s. What should I get?
