Direct Connect to Lincoln Financial suddenly not working?
Anyone here have a direct connection to their Lincoln Financial account within Quicken, and if so, have you had errors the past several days?
Been using Quicken for 10+ years. For the past 5 years I've had my 401k thru Lincoln connected, and every day it downloads and updates the balance. That stopped working some time last week I believe. I figured it was a temporary fluke, but I'm still having issues.
Tried troubleshooting on my own and contacting Quicken support, but so far no resolution. Guess my next step is trying to contact Lincoln to see if something changed on their end? I tried resetting the account's direct connection, but now Quicken won't let me add it back. It just returns error code OL-292-B and says the request is invalid.
