What struck me was how out of place it felt.
Not a small cabin warm inside made for that landscape, but a large cold house, standing alone in a flat and almost empty place with barely any landscape around it.
It felt cold both outside and inside, almost like the house had been emptied of the very purpose a home is supposed to have.
