Eneba scam

Do not use Eneba if you value your money.
Purchased a steam key for Dark souls ptde and after going back and forth with their support and clearly stating i wanted a full refund to my method of payment, they just replaced my key and said right away they cant issue a refund because the key has been seen when it clearly hasnt.

Scummiest Key marktplace i have ever seen.

And i know support will ask me for the ticket closed by eneba support and now im only able to reply to emails: o-y69oije

Got scammed

So this is my second post here and i hope this gains some traction.

So i hab bought a few days ago a dark souls ptde key but the key had already been redeemed, after some back and forth with IA messages i got an answer from a real person i think and the tivked was escalated to the seller.

So now the problem is i got a reply not from the seller, but from eneba supoort stating that they contacted the seller and they want me to contact steam support and ask for date and time of key activation, basically a known response from scammers to waste time because steam does not provide such information.

Worse is i cant even reply to the ticket because as it was escalated to the seller and the response came from a eneba support person stating that they contacted the seller, basically another way to limit my options and stopping me from getting a refund.

Here is the last message from eneba support;

Hello,

I am Alois and I'll be joining the case.

Coming back with the update from the seller!

It would be brilliant, if you could contact Steam support **from the same account** you tried to redeem the key and ask for the date and time of its activation.
Here’s a quick guide on contacting them:
- [Simply open this link](https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithCommunityContactSupport);
- Scroll all the way down and click on "Contact Steam Support";
- Provide them with the key in text \(**this is important as the key must be visible in the screenshot**\);
- In your message, please explain that the key you bought is showing as already activated;
- Specify that you only need to know the **date and time** of activation.

**Remember to send a full\-screen image of this conversation, and I’ll take care of the rest!**

Really appreciate you helping out!

Got scammed by eneba seller

I purchased a Dark souls ptde key and the key had already been redeemed, when i try to talk to costumer support and create a ticket i only get AI answers saying the because the key was revealed i cant get a refund.

But how on earth could i know the key wouldnt work if i couldnt try to redeem it?

Allot of money down the drain, nice scam...

The answer i get mostly from AI.

Thanks for the note. Revealing the code is how Steam checks it, but digital keys are one‑use items and become final once viewed. Steam’s “Duplicate Product Code” confirms the key was already activated on another account, so it can’t be redeemed again and we can’t issue a refund or replacement. If you’d like, you can still pass the key on as a gift or trade. Let me know if you want any part of the Steam message or your order details clarified.

Like how cant you issue a refund or replacement if the key is invalid, what is this ffs.

Edit:

So i got a response but not what i was hoping for and i cabt even reply because it was someone from eneba that replied and not the seller, as the tivket has been escalated to the seller.

Basically they want me to contact steam support and provide the date and time the key was redeemed, but as they surelly know steam dies not disclose such i formation and it is just a tactic to stall me and so they can say that a refund cannot be issued.

Edit 2:

Just got a response back from steam telling em the key has been redeemed basically 11 years ago, opened a new ticket under a different purchase and sent the screenshot, referenced the other ticket and asked for a refund to my method of payment, now i got a response saying that ill be hearing back from the seller in 1-3 days and the seller might ask for additional information, but honestly what more information does he need other than steam support confirming the key had been redeemed.

Steam support is literally the best!

Edit 3:

I had enough of going back and forth, steam supoort cam in clutch and said when the key had been activated, i demanded a full regund to my method of payment and would you know support ignored it and sent me another key…
They are now telling me they cant issue a refund because their system says i have seen the key
I am at work, i have been replying to emails on my phone, im not trying to activate any key on steam and neither do i want since i had stated i wanted a refund and this Alois guy just completly ignored me.

How much more scummy do you guys wanna be honestly
