I am a lead at Walmart. My store manager wanted me to believe Feedback is a positive tool. No it isn't. I have put in positive feedback on associate but I am the only one. Not only does it show up forever in your profile, everyone can see it. Its not a good way of teaching anything. Name 1 person that has ever came back from feedback and it made a difference. All it does is piss off the employees. Either disciplinary action or just verbally teach and move forward. I hate our company way of feedback. All mixed in with good and bad.

My son has an ipad, and it has an email associated with it that we can no longer access.The ipad broke.I need to do an insurance claim.But when I try to do an insurance claim on his ipad, it will not let me until we go to the "My List" and remove it.And I am unable to do that.Now because every time we try to access the account, it gives us some weird 404 error code, what do I do?Apple care has been no help
